Auf den von Rohema handgefertigten Dirigentenstäben sind mit Deck-und Flugflügeln der Wanderheuschrecke aufgezogen. Ein Stab wird durch ein Stück Kupferdraht in seinen möglichen Schwingungen “verstärkt”.

Conductor’s Batons

Different models of wooden conducting batons, covered with fragments of the forewings and unfolded hindwings of grasshoppers, the migratory and desert locust. One baton is „amplified“ in its movements through a piece of copper wire connecting the point and the stick.
